A Good Night’s Sleep-Ian White MH, MI ERYT500

As we all know, a good night’s sleep is essential for optimum health and performance in our daily lives. We are happier, healthier and more resilient to stress when we have better sleep. We can think more clearly, make decisions more effectively and laugh more whole heartedly when we have the foundation of a good night’s sleep. In this class we will explore common causes that can affect your ability to have a good night’s sleep. We will identify strategies to help you change lifestyle factors that prevent you from getting the rest you truly deserve. We will also practice a “before bed” routine developed by Ian that will relax your body and mind to help bring you to a place of deep and restful sleep.
