Core Cardio Intervals

This full body workout is designed to prepare you with the strength, agility and endurance for RedMountain hikes. Train your feet and ankles for optimal stability when hiking on uneven surfaces. Strengthen your legs and hips to navigate the hills and valleys. Prepare your arms and shoulders to lift, lower and reach the body across the red rocks.
