Yoga for the Spine* Ian White, ERYT500

Learn postures that will generate strength, flexibility and balance in the spine, neck and sacrum. A supple spine is key to maintaining full range of motion and the ability to age gracefully. Yoga postures helpĀ  by releasing tension and correct any imbalances between front and back, left and right sides of the body.
