Yoga for Weight Loss
In this workshop you will not only learn about the best Yoga Poses to help burn calories, release toxins, reduce inches from your tummy and hips, but just as importantly, you will understand why yoga helps foster a healthy body mind awareness, bringing clarity between your emotions and your actions. With the guidance of an experienced yoga instructor using the support of yoga props (like a wall, chair, block, etc.) you will understand the yoga poses at your own level and capacity. Learn how to do the Yoga Poses safely and build strength, how to improve your self-esteem and lower your stress levels so you can open up to more joy in your life! This yoga session will leave you feeling confident, inspired and refreshed.
