St. George, UTAH, Jan. 22 – In a nod to the growing astrotourism trend, Red Mountain Resort is excited to incorporate the starry night as a tool of guidance in a series of new personal discovery offerings – including oracle readings and intuitive astrology. The combination of the resort’s wellness expertise with the natural wonders of the night sky, result in guests pushing their spiritual boundaries to achieve a higher state of wellbeing.
Red Mountain Resort’s new astrological offerings will be led by Carolyn Ford Ph.D. Dr. Ford holds degrees in psychology and sociology, a master’s in parapsychology and indigenous studies and a doctorate in esoteric and indigenous studies. Working intuitively with many modalities, Dr. Ford will introduce crystals, chakra energy, intuitive astrology and divination to assist guests in their search for a deeper connection to their authentic self.

New Spiritual Programming
Intuitive Astrology sessions provide insight into life’s journey and purpose using the ancient astrological tool of a natal chart. Each guest’s unique chart, based on birthdate, birthplace, and time of birth, incorporates the celestial patterns that reveal information about their sun sign, rising sign and the journey through the phases of life. Guests will leave the session with their personal chart as a tool to continue their path. This offering is $200 for a 60-minute session.
Oracle Readings offer a deeper understanding of an individual’s current life path and provide insight into the next phase of their sacred journey. Various divination tools are used based upon each guest’s specific needs, including tarot cards, numerology, pendulums and palmistry. This offering is $100 for a 50-minute session.
Journey with the Ancestors is an interactive guided mediation that offers a brief history of those who called this sacred land home, as well as an invitation for guests to look deep inside themselves and access the power that dwells within. This experience is complimentary for guests on retreat packages.
Energy Medicine introduces to guests the inner workings and incredible colors of aura and how energy flows throughout the physical body and beyond. Guests will learn how becoming more aware of their energy field can be valuable for creating balance in all areas in life, including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. This experience is complimentary for guests on retreat packages.
Pair any of the above new programming with the resort’s popular Essential Retreat package, which gives guests access to all the resort amenities, daily fitness calendar, guided morning hikes and three healthy gourmet meals daily at an affordable rate.
